Course Structure:  3 hour long classes, once a week

Course Description

This course will cover topics related to market structure as well as food economics and policy issues including as consumer behavior and demand theory relevant for policy analysis.  Both theory and applications will be covered.  Upon completion of this course, the student will have familiarity with consumer behavior, market/ demand theory, market structure and their applications to food economics.
