This course not only provides undergraduate students with sound understanding of existing devices in electronic circuits and systems but also develop the basic tools with which they can later learn about newly developed devices and applications. The course will be developed to the subject "semiconductor engineering" open every first semester of the 3rd grade.

Course Description
