About Korea UniversityKorea University was founded in 1905, and is one of the top universities in Korea. The main campus is located in the Anam-dong area, in the Seongbuk ward (gu) in northeastern Seoul, with a satellite campus in Jochiwon (Sejong Campus), about 170km south of Seoul, and two additional medical campuses outside of Seoul. Total enrollment stands at about 24,000 students (about 18,000 undergraduate and 6000 graduate students).
